Educational Psychologist - Permanent Full Time

Saskatchewan Rivers Public School Division invites applications for a permanent full-time Educational Psychologist with duties to commence on August 28th 2018.

Education and Professional Requirements:
•Master's degree in Educational Psychology
•Full practice membership in the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists
•Eligibility for membership in the Saskatchewan Teachers' Federation (STF)

Primary Roles of Educational Psychologist:
•Work as a collaborative team member to assist in identifying and implementing learning strategies forstudents
•Conduct psycho-educational assessments for students who are not responding successfully tointerventions implemented by the classroom teacher, administrators, consultants and the inclusivelearning team and who may require a diagnosis of Learning Disability or Intellectual Disability.
•Assist and refer students and families who require additional services from other professionals.
•Serve as a member of the team for traumatic incidents.
